Interesting question, Millemom! It's important that you know that not every wolf wears a radio collar right now. In Yellowstone National Park, we try to have at least one collared wolf in every pack, but that leaves plenty of wolves who do not have collars. Outside of the park, the collaring is less. I suspect that for quite a while, at least, park staff will try to collar members of different packs within the park so that we can continue to monitor the movements and condition of the wolves here.
